So ever flipped on History Channel and you come across those 'what if' shows? What if the Third Reich won, what if England had won the Revolution, what if Spain's Armada had not lost, what if Turkey DID gain control of Romania? So many what ifs and so many scenarios to play with and choose from. Interactions with Nations would change, bonds would form, be broken, alliances would be made that were never thought possible. The Bolshevik Revolution even could have taken a twist that would not have resulted in the death of the Czar and his family even! Think of how the characters would change and be according to what may have happened in history if it weren't for one pivotal moment. One second that changed it all.

Historical knowledge will most definitely be put to the test but don't worry! Anything you need to know can easily be looked up and, the time line will change according to what event is being written. For example the one thing that caused the Third Reich to falter, that day, that hour, is suddenly up for artistic liberty as to how it was changed and how they won. This will take a ton of an imagination on your part but we're all very creative people here! Play around with the idea some, change it, mold it, shape it but its here for consideration.

There's a few huge problems with this though. The fact that this involves probably weeks of researching, and the fact that since it is all speculative, it's very likely that we'll all have different ideas about what would have happened. With a group this big I can't see this going over particularly well. This means we all need to to all that research (and some of us don't exactly have the time to) and that we all need to come to an agreement and how often are we all on?

I agree. There are simply to many factors to consider with such a large number of us. If we could all sit down somewhere and plan it all out, this would be fine, but we don't have that option.
