You must always, alwaysalwaysalways include a date in your post. It can be in the past, the present, or even the future. This is so your character can be part of more than one thread at once.
For example, say New York arrived in Brooklyn on 6 May. At any time before that (say he was in Washington D.C), he can be somewhere else. At any time after that, he can be somewhere else. All that has to happen for him to be somewhere else in the future is for him to remember being where he was (Brooklyn) during that time (6 May).
Posts should look like this:
(You can just c/p the raw BBC and fill it in with your post.)
[b]Date:[/b]
[b]Location:[/b]
[center][b]Character[/b]
[b]Infection Status:[/b][/center]
The body of your post goes here. It can be a journal entry, but you need to specify that it is a journal entry after you put your location. (i.e: Location: Brooklyn, Journal Entry) After you finish the body, skip a few spaces.
And put this:
[size=7]((Who else is allowed to post here/what you'd like to go down))[/size]
