For the Infected

How did it happen?: This could simply be because the majority of their population turning, they could have been bitten, eaten some bad meat, there are many possibilities, and it's up to you how it happened!

Stage of Infection: This is how infected your character is when they event starts. They will eventually have to get worse. There's no miracle cure that will slow the infection. Stages of infection can be found on this post.

Where are you?: This is where your character will start out. They don't have to be in their home countries.

For the Uninfected/Newly Infected

Weapon choice: Everyone will need a weapon. Just a gun won't cut it, not in close combat, so pick something that will help your character survive. You can safely assume that they will have a gun, so you don't need to list that.

Outbreak Policy: What is your nation's official policy for dealing with the outbreak? Confine those found to be infected? Shoot on sight? Is your nation even up to date on what the outbreak is? What is the governmental stand point of your nation, and how exactly do they intend to deal with the problem?

Where are you?: This is where your character will start out. They don't have to be in their home countries.

ALRIGHT. You have to complete one of these, if just so everyone knows what's up with everyone else. Questions should be directed to FRANCE or DENMARK.

For the Infected

How did it happen?: Francis was bitten by a rat in the Metro.

Stage of Infection: Mild-Moderate

Where are you?: He’s in Paris, trying to organize evacuations and formations of infected-free bases for refugees to stay until the infection has run its course. He does not yet know that he is infected, and no one has thought to check their Nation for the infection. He has, however, noticed a slight change in how he’s feeling. He attributes it to overwork.

New York

For the Uninfected/Newly Infected

Weapon choice: He has an aluminum baseball bat that he favors for close combat, as well as a shovel and a crowbar. He has a handgun and a shotgun, as well as an automatic rifle.

Outbreak Policy: There wasn’t enough time for New York to formulate an outbreak policy, so he simply ordered that the uninfected leave the state, especially the area around New York City. He knew that the infected would soon outnumber the uninfected in the most populous areas, and ordered quarantines of the larger cities. He himself remained in his apartment building.

Where are you?: West 72nd Street, New York City, New York. He refused to abandon the city when there was hope to re-claim it. Now, he’s trapped in his apartment building while the dead swarm the first floor.

Holy See

For the Infected

How did it happen?: He received the vaccination against rabies and was infected with the mutated Toxoplasma.

Stage of Infection: Mild

Where are you?: He remains in Vatican City, shut up in St. Peter’s Basilica. He’d hoped to outlast the infection, accompanied by the uninfected pope and several cardinals. They allowed only women and children without the disease within the massive church, as well as able-bodied men. The cardinals and pope remain shut in Conclave, without contact with the outside world. Vittorio is staying in his old room, along with several families.

Venezuela

For the Uninfected/Newly Infected

Weapon choice: He has several weapons, but his machete is his favorite due to the fact that it can be used for more than just killing zombies.

Outbreak Policy: There are some shelters for the uninfected, protected by volunteer and drafted soldiers. The rich drug lords and oil benefactors have their own defenses along the coast. Some ships are filled with uninfected refugees. Some remaining Spanish forts have been converted into safe zones, free of infection. Otherwise, it is everyone for themselves.

Where are you?: He’s underground, assisting with evacuating children from the major cities. He works to defend the soldiers and children as they move through the underground tunnels. The main base is an old Mayan ruin.

For the Uninfected

Weapon choice: Guns. an insane amount of them. Insane.
Lily has had training in basic shooting, but has never had to use a gun out of practice with her big brother, but his expertise with firearms has surely rubbed off on her.


Outbreak Policy:
Officially, Liechtenstein's outbreak policy is the same as Switzerland's (if he joins i'l change this accordingly, and add more details)
Liechtenstein is small, the police force is smaller. but thankfully the state of outbreak was easily found out. it has become policy that each village goes through and first check the pulse of the inhabitants- the moment an infected is found they are bound- hands behind back and mouths gagged, from there they are sent to Vaduz. Volunteer police have been sent to every city, it's estimated deaths because of the outbreak have already come to 1/6th (6,000) of total population, (total=36,000) anywhere between 3-6 thousand have been estimated to be infected.

Vaduz's state is chaotic- Volunteers putting up animal pens-like temporary houseing for induvidual infected, Insane Asylum white rooms for permanent, but one city can't take it all. already little riots have taken place... but thankfully quieted down. thanks to the Swiss police force sent over... but no word has come from the border in months, also a few cities have stop responding...

Where are you?: Liechtenstein's Capital. Vaduz. A mile east of the Switzerland border.

Greece

For the Infected

How did it happen?: Due to the numerous population of stray cats, the government ordered vaccination to every domesticated animal as well as vaccines for the populace. At the moment that Greece was with the search group for vaccinating animals, he was bitten by one cat, unknowing that the virus was already passed to him, for he only thought it was just a tiny scratch.

Stage of Infection: Mild-Moderate.

Where are you?: There is a brewing outbreak within the capital and the main land area, so it was already in a high state of emergency, whilst the islands off the coast was ordered to quarantine themselves and refuse contact with the outside world, and the only contact with the main land area is trough phone or other means. After settling all preventive measures, Greece headed his way to Japan in order to acquire some help, if possible, seeing that Japan is the best possible destination for now, it's the best choice at hand, for he fears that the outbreak across Europe is already severe.

For the Uninfected


Weapon choice: Lots of guns. He hit up the mafia for protection, and as a result is now covered from head to foot with hidden weapons. For close combat, he has a dagger, which he keeps close at hand on his belt at all times and sleeps with under his pillow.

Outbreak Policy: Officially, the infected should be quarantined, but most Southern Italians just run from them on sight. Romano is still in denial about what is happening around him, but is quickly being forced out of his ignorance by the reality of the situation. His government is being rather useless at the moment; it seems as if they are hoping someone will come save them instead of thinking of ways of dealing with the problem themselves.

Where are you?: Romano is at home in his capital city. He’s been holding up well, but the outbreak has just reached his area, and now he’s almost insane with fear. Thinking the man was dead, he didn’t expect Rome to show up, but he won’t admit how relieved and happy he is that he did.

For the Uninfected/Newly Infected

Weapon choice: Balisong(Butterfly knife), Buntot Pagi(a whip like weapon used to ward off aswangs or monsters. As superstitious as always), Floro PDW, Marine Scout Sniper Rifle, Special Operations Assault Rifle, Sibat(Spear, call her primitive but these babies work.) and a hand gun.

Outbreak Policy: Ship the survivors to different islands in the south. Isolate the infected in facilities were the government orders. Clara thinks this is all nice and dandy but she knew it was hopeless. They were too familial, too soft. None of them could kill their own. So it spread a little too quickly in the capital up north. Luckily, she was in an archipelago, the capital a sea away from the other islands. The government itself knew there was nothing they can do and the best that they can do is try and look for the surviving OFWs residing in less infected countries.

Where are you?: Clara is on her way to the west were many of her fellowmen reside.

Weapon choice: Even in the face of man eating zombies, Veneziano is just as much of a coward as ever, who hates fighting. As could be expected with this, he carries on himself quite a few white flags, because the poor boy thinks those can help. While this might be the first thing he runs to for help, even he is not a complete idiot. Though he hates to use them, he does have a gun or two in his home for safety. He also found it necessary to take a bunch of knives from the kitchen, as well as a large wooden spoon...

Outbreak Policy: The plan was to quarantine the infected, but it was much easier said than done. While things are a bit more successful up in the northern half of the country, they also have to face the problem of more infected people crossing over the borders from neighboring countries into Italy. In the beginning there were some efforts by the government to control this, but things are far too hectic for it to work completely and the thought was nearly abandoned or lost. People are too busy running around trying to save themselves. They are in need of serious assistance since both halves of the country are in a complete state of confusion.

Where are you?: Veneziano is still at his own home, away from the capital. Being the northern half of the country, he naturally has a home further north. When he first heard of the outbreak on the news, he quickly shut off the television and treated it like a bad dream and was able to blissfully ignore it for the days to come...until he actually began seeing people that were without a doubt, sick. Panicking a bit, he tried to leave his home, only to end up bolting right back to it. Vatican City was where he really wanted to be at the moment, where he was sure everything would be alright...but it was just too frightening and difficult to get there.

For the Infected

How did it happen?: Russia was in his Capital city of Moscow when his citizens began acting crazed and eating one another. As he was trying to help gather the survivors and get them into a quarantined area he was bitten in the shoulder.

Stage of Infection: Mild

Where are you?: Moscow, currently going to be heading out into the hell hole that is the rest of Europe in hopes for a cure, to find the others, and figure out what is going on.

How did it happen?: Alfred was just bitten, while saving a family in Rochester. As a Nation, he fancies himself immune to the infection as long as a good number of his people are okay. The hungry hasn't hit yet, and the mild exhaustion is hardly on his radar.

Stage of Infection: Mild.

Where are you?: Alfred just left Lockport, New York. He's been spending most of his time since the first outbreak in Washington, DC. Everything happened too fast. The infection started small, and spread too quickly to catch. Alfred was so busy trying to help his people, he didn't hear until days after that his brother had closed the border between them. After the President and his family were transported from the White house to a safe place, Alfred loaded up his things, and has begun making his way North. Fully intent on finding his Brother, not knowing what else to do.

How did it happen?: Well, in the beginning of all of this Sadiq is not bitten at all but, when he does get bit is when he is going to Athens to find Herakles.

Stage of Infection: Very Mild for now.

Where are you?: Currently Sadiq has left Istanbul to head off to Greece. It is during this time while he fights his way through city after city, town after town that he gets into a pickle. This is when the man becomes careless and gets bit.

Weapon choice: Harpoon, ‘cause harpoons are epic. And his little brother Greenland told him they make one hell of a weapon. He also has a hand gun of course. Mr Puffin also swoops into protects him sometimes.

Outbreak Policy: Iceland didn’t even know of the outbreak until much, much later, due to the fact he’s so separated from the rest of Europe. The moment he caught wind of it, all his airports and shipping ports shut down. The number of infected in his home is fortunately still in the tens, but his government is still in conflict about what should be done. Meanwhile, the infected have been kept in isolation.

Where are you?: Iceland is currently pacing his home, absolutely torn between going out to find the rest of the Nordics, and staying back to help his people. Not that there’s much to do back home, until his government stops bickering. He desperate to know what’s happening, since a lot of his connections to the mainland have been severed…

For the Uninfected/Newly Infected

Weapon choice: Alric does have his magic in which he summons trolls, amongst other delightful rune spells. However, his weapon of choice is a semi-automatic rifle.


Outbreak Policy: Norway has been far and away from all of the action of the outbreak. The moment it had been heard that there was one in Europe, the Norwegian Government instantly shut all ways in and out off. There will be no exceptions made to enter the Scandinavian country. Due to the cold weather the virus will be slower in working it's way through the frigid north, and for this his people have more time to work out any flaws in the plan.

Where are you?: In the Government building in Oslo, and talking with officials on what to do about their Danish neighbors. The two countries have always been rather close to one other politically.
