First you sneak a little of kittens in, and now you want me to allow a bunch of baby chicks that don't even have the hope of litter box trained. Sounds like you are turning my house into a zoo to me.

If you build a place to keep them, a pen or a coop of some sort, I suppose you can store them in the back yard, so long as it doesn't take up too much of it and you keep them out of my flowers.

....Well Britannia is my mum. Was. She's gone for some time now. But this is what she looked like.
