Another school year has started at Hogwarts. It's another chapter in the school's history where there are new things to learn, new faces to see, more cauldrons to explode, and more spells to mispronounce that would otherwise bring upon havoc that would loom throughout the classrooms. As for Heracles, it would just be another whole year like any other year beforehand, unexciting, Or so he thought.
After a very long and tiresome journey from Greece to the British Isles, Heracles quickly headed to his room in the dormitory. Slinging his bag across his shoulder and dragging his luggages along, he lazily ventured the shifting stairs towards the Ravenclaw dormitory located in one of the towers of Hogwarts.
"Why can't our dormitory be somewhere nearer like being located on the ground floor level?" Heracles sighed seeing as his walking would seem to get much lazier by each passing moment. And when he was already willing to just sit down on one of the stair ledge, his eyes caught the glimpse of that familiar door guarded by the Gray Lady. In excitement, Heracles can no longer contain his eagerness to take a nap on his soft bed. But then, he was blocked by the Gray Lady and asked him a riddle before he can enter the room; the riddle goes: "Which came first? The phoenix or the flame?"
Being a Ravenclaw, one can not simply give a measly password in order to be allowed inside, rather, one must answer a mind-boggling riddle that would certainly lead one's mind in a labyrinth of thoughts. Nevertheless, Heracles would not be put into the house of Ravenclaw by the Sorting Hat for nothing. So, with a composure and expression of what seems to be wanting for this to just be over with, he slowly and lazily answered back, " A circle does not have a beginning, nor does it have an end." And after those certain words were spoken, the door opened to reveal that oh so familiar room that he had come to love. In a quick gesture, he flung all all of his bags unto one side and rushed to his bed, giving out a long sigh of relief. His eyes slowly drifted away as he reminisced the unforgettable moments he had in the room some couple of months back.
After what he thought were just a few minutes of slumber that flew by, he opened his eyes and looked at the wall clock, shocked in horror of realizing that he was already late for the Great Hall Assembly. He reached for his jacket and stormed the hallways thinking, "Σκατά! I'm gonna be in a heap of trouble, and on my first day, too." along the way.
